It's long, but developing never enough.
Flexibility is essential to the project: Structure components incorporated with basic programs(residential, commercial, entertainment...) and special events(playground, music theaters, opera, museums...etc)
Structure will be the next step to 1. engage with flexible programs characterized with mobility and sustainability.
